– Minor edits and changes in all windows.

– Only for FHD skins, HD should not crash, please check.

– The window for channels in T2-MI is only partially completed.

– Added a bitrate output window by the blue button. Requires the bitrate plugin installed from the feed or the bitrate file in /usr/bin with permissions 755 for its architecture.
